Google released some reports based on info they track through devices (that have their location history tuned on) to see how people are reacting and moving around during the COVID crisis. The reports show movement trends over time across different categories such as retail and recreation, groceries and pharmacies, parks, transit stations, workplaces, and residential.
You can see data from every country, state, and county here: https://www.google.com/covid19/mobility/

Orange County, NY specifically shows

- Decrease to Grocery & pharmacy of 38%
- Decrease to Parks of 24%
- Decrease to Transit stations of 61%
- Decrease to Workplace of 40%
- Increase to Residential of 15%
Comparing reports to a few other locations, it seems to be pretty consistent locally but PA does show some slightly better numbers as a whole especially in the parks category.
